How can I watch this web cast?
To view this training, besides a common Internet browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, you will need the most current basic RealPlayer (available free at http://www.real.com). Clicking on the links below will launch the RealPlayer application to allow you to view and listen to the presentations. Your computer will also need a soundcard and speakers to be able to listen to the web cast.

The minimum Internet connection required is a 56k modem. Broadband connections, such as DSL or cable modems, provide optimal viewing.

How can I download RealPlayer?
Visit http://www.real.com and download the most current free RealPlayer software and install the program on you computer. For more specific instructions, Real.com provides information on installing RealPlayer for the first time at http://service.real.com/realplayer/support.html?section=installRP
